Which size should I order?
Go by your waist measurement, not your usual clothing size. After a baby the two often stop matching.
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, a couple of inches above your belly button, then use the size finder above. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
Will it roll down or slide like other shapewear?
The waistband sits above your natural waist and the crossed band anchors it at the sides and back, which is what keeps it from rolling. If yours rolls, the size is usually too small: we will exchange it for free.
Will it show under my clothes?
The edges are seamless and lie flat, so there are no stitched lines to show through leggings or fitted dresses. For light-colored clothes, choose Nude.
Do I wear it over my underwear or on its own?
On its own. It has a cotton-lined gusset and is made to be worn as your everyday underwear.
