REFUND POLICY

Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Items that cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded in accordance with article L1311-1

The Hamon law of 13 June 2014 does not allow the reimbursement or return of underwear for obvious hygienic reasons. 

The Hamon law specifies that goods after delivery cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection are excluded from the right of retraction.

In accordance with the regulations, please note that we do not take back or exchange products that involve a risk of contagion from one person to another, in order to preserve the health of our customers.

Indeed, according to the article L1311-1 of the public health code and modified by the law N°2004-806 of August 9, 2004 - art. 54 JORF 11 august 2004 says that : 

The fundamental right to health protection must be implemented by all available means for the benefit of all persons. Health professionals, health establishments and networks, health insurance bodies or any other bodies involved in prevention and care and health authorities shall contribute, together with users, to developing prevention, guaranteeing equal access for all persons to the care required by their state of health and ensuring continuity of care and the best possible health security.

Thus, as a trader, we have a duty to protect the health of other consumers from all contagious diseases by means of hygiene measures.

However, we want to take care of our customers and your satisfaction is our priority. 

You can try on our panties free of charge for 30 days* (from the date of receipt of your panties (postmark as proof) of our panties. Only one pair of panties should be used. 

Of course, if the panties are delivered damaged or if we deliver the right size, we will solve the situation as soon as possible.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your claim.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to uk.contact@blinxunderwear.com

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
